Security Clearance Appeal
When the Department of Defense (DoD) receives an application for security clearance, the DoD is tasked with either granting approval for security clearance or denying the security clearance request. This decision is based on security clearance guidelines that have been established by the DoD. Security clearance is needed for individuals to have access to sensitive information. If the individual is able to address the SOR allegations in such a way to prove their trustworthiness and maturing, a security clearance appeal may result in approved security clearance.
